By accessing and using Click2Bot ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

Click2Bot provides a WhatsApp Business API automation platform including chatbot building, workflow automation, e-commerce tools, and customer engagement features.

You must register for an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with WhatsApp Business Policy and Meta's terms of service. You must not use the Service to send spam, unsolicited messages, or violate any applicable laws or regulations.

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as stated in our refund policy. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring you have appropriate consent from your contacts for messaging through our platform.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Click2Bot and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Click2Bot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease and your data will be handled in accordance with our data retention policy.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
