By accessing or using Click2Bot ("we", "our", or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform or services.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Click2Bot. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Click2Bot provides a WhatsApp CRM, automation, and messaging platform that helps businesses manage chats, automate replies, capture leads, send messages, and organize contacts.

Our services include but are not limited to: multi-agent inbox, chatbot automation, broadcast messaging, contact management, campaign tools, and integration with the WhatsApp Business API. Click2Bot may introduce new features or discontinue existing ones at its sole discretion.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your Click2Bot account. You agree to immediately notify Click2Bot of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. Click2Bot will not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

You agree not to use Click2Bot for any unlawful or prohibited activities, including spam, fraud, harassment, or any activity that violates WhatsApp's policies or applicable laws.

Specifically, you shall not: (a) send unsolicited bulk messages or spam; (b) impersonate any person or entity; (c) use the platform to distribute malware or harmful content; (d) attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems; (e) violate any applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations.

Some features require a paid subscription. Fees are billed monthly or yearly in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law.

Click2Bot reserves the right to change pricing at any time with reasonable notice. If you do not agree to the new pricing, you may cancel your subscription before the next billing cycle. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, which you are responsible for paying.

All content, features, and materials provided on Click2Bot are our property or licensed to us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Click2Bot platform or its content without our prior written consent. Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide to Click2Bot may be used by us without any obligation to you.

Click2Bot is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

In no event shall Click2Bot, its directors, employees, or agents be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service, unauthorized access to your data, or any other matter relating to the platform.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or misuse the platform.

Click2Bot reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice, for any reason including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the platform will cease immediately. All provisions of these Terms that should survive termination shall survive.

We do not guarantee the platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Click2Bot disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the platform will meet your specific requirements or that any errors will be corrected.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes where appropriate.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of Click2Bot after any modifications indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Malaysia.

Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Malaysia, and the parties hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
